1. Bring your ID card to any supported 7-Eleven branch, request a cash withdrawal, and follow the instruction provided by the staff.
2. Open the TrueMoney app and select “Me”
3. Tap “View Profile”
4. Select “Delete Account”
5. Read the important information before deleting your TrueMoney account, then tap “Continue”
6. Select “Withdraw cash at 7-Eleven”
7. Review the instructions for withdrawing cash at 7-Eleven, then tap “Create Withdrawal QR”
8. Complete identity verification via facial scan.
9. Show the QR code to the 7-Eleven staff
10.The staff will provide the cash and collect the service fee. Once completed, the system will display “Success”
Note:
- Amount limit: ฿ 25 – 5,000
- 7-Eleven will charge ฿ 20 fee from the amount you’re withdrawing
- Your account will be deleted automatically. You can open a new TrueMoney account after 1 business day.
