Sender eligibility criteria

To use our international transfer service, you must:

1) Be a Thai citizen or foreign residents with the right to stay in Thailand and a valid identification documents at the time of registration
2) Be at least 20 years old
3) Have a TrueMoney Account with ‘Advanced’ identity level (to check identity level, go to Account > Identity level)
