Checking the overseas transfer status

To check the transaction status go to “Overseas Transfer”

1) If the transaction status is “In Progress,” it means the transaction is still being verified and processed by the recipient’s bank or service provider.
2) If the transaction status is “Unsuccessful,” it means the transaction was rejected, and a refund is currently being processed to your wallet. Possible reasons include:
– Incorrect receiver account information
– The receiver’s account is inactive
– The receiver’s account is not authorized to receive international transfers
