Please contact the recipient and ask them to activate Alipay Quick Collect and link their bank account with Alipay before making the transaction again.
2. The recipient’s name or Alipay Wallet number does not match the registered information.
Please ask the recipient to copy the correct details directly from Alipay Quick Collect and share them with you to avoid errors.
