Instruction to Top up via ATM
1. Insert your ATM card and enter PIN
2. Select English Language
3. Select Top up
4. Select Next
5. Select Other/Specify Company ID
6. Select account type e.g. “Savings Account”
7. Enter Company ID 95004 and select Correct
8. Enter your phone number registered to TrueMoney for Member ID/Account No. and select Correct
9. Enter amount and select correct
10. Review your transaction and select Confirm Transaction
11. Top up completed

• Top up not available during 23:00 – 00:00
• Top up transactions will not be displayed on the transaction history page. System is under construction
